4. Poster sessions
There will be a poster session on January 12. Posters will be in English.
Those wishing to present a poster should submit an abstract of 100 words or less by email to the conference organizers (please refer to registration form below).
Abstracts should be submitted by November 30, 2002. Posters accepted for presentation will be announced by December 7,2002.
A standing board of a poster(Poster board size: 2m height x 1m wide).
5. Registration
The deadlines for registration and conference fees are as follows:
Registration: November 30, 2002
Fee: 3,000yen
Registration should be made by email (please refer to the registration form below).
Confirmation of registration will be sent by email early as soon as possible.
Overseas participants except invited ones are asked to pay the conference fee in cash when you register on the first morning (January 11).

6. Accommodation in Tsukuba
The Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal, adjacent to the Tsukuba International Congress Center, has rooms for conference participants at approximately 12,000 yen (including breakfast and tax).

For participants from abroad, we can arrange rooms at the Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal, according to your request.
Overseas participants planning to travel within Japan after the conference will need to make their own arrangements, as the conference organizers cannot offer to assist in such matters.
